Using high quality products such as the NC
compression ferrule unions from EXMAR
ensures the immediate and permanent leak
tightness of a system. The advantages of the
NC compression ferrule union compared to
the competition’s compression V-ring type
unions are particularly evident in these
systems.

“We used the NC-compression ferrule unions from EXMAR for the first time in the power plant pro-
ject. Until then, we had been using compression V-ring unions from a competitor.

According to our customer’s request, EXMAR conducted installation training with all our installers.
With this certification measure, we were approved by the customer.

The leak testing in both systems was quite a surprise for us. There were absolutely no leaks detected
with the unions from EXMAR! In addition to the nitrogen test, the whole system was soaped down –
and no bubbles were detected at all!

Besides the excellent price/performance ratio, we were also convinced by the high availability of
EXMAR products. This enables us to react rapidly to a new situation.“
